Performance game - 180 min
The cooperative performance game (developed as part of the Hidden Places call for proposals with Lídia Chavez) creates an emotional and physical approach to the former site of Nill's Tiergarten in the west of Stuttgart, which, among other things, hosted human zoos. In various phases, participants take on roles and tasks that focus on active listening, feeling and moving, and explore (post-)colonial identities and contexts. Inspired by seismic communication in elephants, the game aims to find a physical approach to post-colonial issues beyond shame and guilt in a playful and collaborative way.
