As a descendant of both colonised and colonisers, Yara performed an activation of the liminal space between the WKV and the adjacent park. By letting the physical and vocal body become a membrane on which the invisible and inaudible can vibrate, she gave room for embodied knowledges to emerge and interact with the space and its multidimensional structures. An unspeakable and non-linear telling of a continuous creation story, this performance becomes a decolonising healing ritual that dissolves the boundaries between various physicalities and temporalities.
